Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective
The item is damaged
You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
A full refund may be approved if:
The furniture is damaged during shipping, or
The delivered item is significantly different from what you ordered (more than 20% difference)
You notify us within 14 working days of delivery
For minor discrepancies (10%–20% difference), we will attempt to adjust/fix the furniture at no additional cost.
You may return your order for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The furniture is in original condition and packaging
You notify us within 14 days of delivery
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply (depending on the item condition)
We do not accept returns for:
Custom-made / made-to-order items (special sizes, colors, finishes, or personalized orders)
Sale items
Gift cards

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable transaction fees.
