Terms of Service — DD Home

1) General

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our website and form a binding agreement between you and DD Home. These terms prevail over any other terms and conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

DD Home reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase. You will not be able to complete checkout unless you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

2) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DD Home harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the website, and/or

• Your breach of these Terms of Service.

3) Prices & Payment Terms

• All products and prices are subject to availability.

• Prices are listed in EGP and may change without prior notice.

• DD Home follows a policy of continuous product improvement and reserves the right to modify product specifications.

• Products delivered may slightly differ from images shown online (due to updates, photography, lighting, or manufacturing improvements). Unless otherwise agreed, any replacement or modification will be of equivalent value, functionality, and appearance.

Full payment is required before shipping.

4) Limited Warranty & Liability

Warranty Coverage

DD Home warrants its products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship, provided the product is used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.

Damages or Defects on Delivery

If an item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, and you notify us on the day of delivery or no later than the next day, we will replace the item at no charge.

To process a replacement, DD Home must receive clear digital photos showing the damage/defect before a replacement shipment is arranged.

Remedies

Once you notify us of an issue, DD Home may, at its discretion:

• Repair the item, or

• Replace the item, or

• Refund the amount paid for the item in question.

Limitation of Liability

DD Home is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or any other indirect losses arising from product issues.

5) Outdoor Furniture Care (Warranty Exclusions)

Outdoor furniture is not intended to be left exposed to direct sun or water for prolonged periods. Please cover items when not in use.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or leaving items under sun exposure or in water.

6) Kitchenware Guarantee

For kitchenware products, DD Home provides a 1-month guarantee.

7) Discounts Policy

Kitchens are not eligible for discounts.
