• Shipping Time: The estimated delivery timeframe is shown on each product page as a range of working days.

• Self Pickup: You may choose self-pickup at checkout. Please note that selecting self-pickup does not reduce the estimated preparation/shipping time.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Incorrect Address: If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address.

• Shipping Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ddhome.com.

Please Note

• If the shipping address is changed before delivery, an additional shipping fee may apply.

• We will do our best to keep the original shipping fee if the new address is within the same delivery zone.
